Description
This intriguing species occurs from Central America into South America growing as both an epiphyte and a lythophyte. As every genus must have its type species from which the genus is described, this is the one for the immense genus of Pleurothallis. Horticulturally, we value it for the bright yellow, lightly fragrant, puff-clusters of flower s produced at the leaf bases, as well as for its easy culture.Temperature Tolerant. July blooming.
