I’ve loved dolphins since my first experience when a pod of them swam alongside a sailboat I was on. Then I had the bejesus scared out of me when one brushed up against me while swimming. They are magnificent creatures, huge and muscular, and very often playful. Stands to reason that this plant appealed to me. It could be the cutest plant I have. (Don’t let the shamrocks know!)

New to me and I can see how it got its name. A pod of dolphins swam beside a boat I was in but by the time I got my camera out they had disappeared into the distance. A magical experience
