Cherokee rose (Rosa laevigata)

I spotted this shrub whilst on a bike ride this evening. I am hoping I have the correct ID. Although, it’s said to be invasive here, I couldn’t help but admire it. I suppose danger and beauty go hand in hand sometimes!
