From the giant lemon I posted yesterday, my wife had made Gluten Free Lemon Bars! These go to our church Saturday for a Salebration Sunday. The proceeds go to the scholarship fund for women attending Africa University! This year our church will sponsor 10 women to go. It includes full tuition, housing, meals, and books etc.
