Description
Drepanocladus is a plant genus of the deciduous marsh and usually contains strongly developed marsh and water marshes, which can occur in a land as well as in a water form. The individual species can vary vegetatively and are often branched. The 30 species of the genus are found in the temperate and cool regions of the northern as well as the southern hemisphere and in the mountains of the tropics and subtropics . There are 13 species in Europe.
