Orobanche alba is a plant of the Orobanchaceae family. Plant up to 60 cm, parasitic of Thymus and other Labiatae , glandular-pubescent and ordinarily a pupúrea hue. Leaves lanceolate no more than 2 cm Flowers red purple, yellow or white, fragrant. Filaments of very hairy stamens . Red or purple stigma Lower lip of the ciliated glandular corolla , with abundant dark hairs. Habitat Parasite of other plants. Distribution Europe
