Description
Bifrenaria charlesworthii is a species of orchid epiphyte of cespitose growth that exists only in southeastern Brazil , which inhabits rainforests. It belongs to the group ofsmall Bifrenaria , occasionally classified in the genera Adipe or Stenocoryne . It can be differentiated from the nearest species, Bifrenaria racemosa , which some taxonomists consider to be synonymous, by the abundant hairiness in their labellum.
