Description
The Proserpinaca palustris is a plant d ' water sweet belonging to the family Halerogaceae . The name of the plant Proserpinaca palustris comes from Latin and describes the characteristics of the same. This marsh plant has opposite leaves decussed along a thin stem of 3 mm, which can take colorations (from light green to dark red) and different forms depending on the conditions of cultivation. The stem, in emerged form, loses flexibility and becomes creeping and woody, developing a rhizome. In optimal conditions this vegetable can reach a length of 80 cm.
