Description
Lamanonia ternata is a semideciduous tree with a dense, ellipsoid crown; it can grow from 12 - 16 metres tall. The short bole can be 40 - 60cm in diameter The tree is sometimes harvested from the wild for medicinal purposes and for its timber. A very ornamental tree, especially when in bloom, it can be used in general landscaping.
