Description
Phyteuma nigrum , the Black Rapunzel , is a herbaceous perennial of the family of Campanulaceae Plant erect, glabrous, up to 60 cm . Flowers generally purple blackish, grouped in oval ears later elongate. Flowering from May to July. it grows in Meadows and wet woods in hilly or lowland areas up to 1200 m altitude.
