Description
The species is found in the Mexican states of Campeche, Chiapas, Morelos, Oaxaca, Veracruz and Yucatán, and in Guatemala in the deparments of Jalapa and Santa Rosa, at elevations ranging from 0 to 1,250 m (CONABIO 2001; Arias and Véliz 2006).
