Description
Xysmalobium undulatum ( L.) Aiton,commonly known as uzara,also wild cotton,milk or bitterhout bush in Afrikaans,is a kind of medicinal herb genus Xysmalobium belonging to the family Asclepiadaceae native to southern Africa.This plant grows up to a meter high and has a strong flower stalk with opposing leaves that discharge milky latex when they break.
