Description
The shrubs reach heights of 2 to 4 metres.Sambucus sibirica is deciduous. The imparipinnate leaves are opposite. The lanceolate leaflets are dentate and petiolate.Sambucus sibirica produces panicles of ligth-yellow five-stellate flowers from May to June. The shrubs produce red drupes in summer.
