Tall meadow rue (Thalictrum pubescens)
Description
Waxy-leaved meadow-rue is native to eastern North America, including New England, where it inhabits moist, rocky forests, woodlands, ridges, and fields. Plants may very rarely resemble tall meadow-rue (Thalictrum pubescens), but waxy-leaved meadow-rue is usually dioecious (some plants have all pollen-producing flowers, while other plants have all seed-producing flowers).
