Arctic Dock (Rumex aquaticus)
Description
Perennial�herbaceous�plant�, which can grow up to 0.8 to 2 meters high.�The�leaves�are seated and the�stems�are almost as long as the leaves.�The base of these is up to 45 centimeters long and 25 centimeters wide, they are elongated and oval-triangular in shape, they present a dark green coloration.�The base is deeply cordiform and rounded basally.�In the upper half of the leaf the margin is almost complete and the tip is often sharp or lanceolate, although it may present a fine ripple.�The side of the�pods�is brown with fringes.
