Late-Flowering Yellow Rattle (Rhinanthus serotinus serotinus)
Description
The average height of these plants varies from 20 to 50 cm. The biological form is terofita scaposa ( T scap ), are herbaceous plants that differ from other biological forms because, as annuals, outweigh the adverse season in the form of seed, they are also equipped with the floral axis erected with few leaves. They are also plants seeds parasitic (ie still contain chlorophyll ) and are equipped with one or more haustoria connected to the host roots to derive nutrients.
