Description
Orchids are epiphytes , cespitosas ; with ovoid pseudobulbs , 4 cm long, smooth, dark green with blackish-brown spots, covered with several pods with foliar limbs, unifoliate. The leaves linear-lanceolate, up to 17 cm long and 1.5 cm wide, acute or acuminate. The inflorescence is a panicle 20 cm long, lateral, even multiflora, the flowers dark yellow; the sepals 5-6 mm long, concave, strongly reflexed, with the obovate dorsal, 3 mm wide; the petalsovate, 5 mm long and 2.6 mm wide, concave, subbobtuse, strongly reflexed; the lip 8-12 mm long, 3-lobed, the medium cuneiform wolf, 3 mm long and 5 mm wide, retuso, the rounded lateral lobes, 4 mm long and 3 mm wide, with edges revolutos, the upper edges with fleshy, sometimes warty wings, the fleshy, complex, cruciform callus; column 4 mm long, with conspicuous wings, 2 mm long and 1 mm wide or the wings missing, the anther longly rostrated; ovary filiform, 1 cm long, pedicelled.
