Description
Disa sagittalis is a species of orchid generally land belonging to subtribe Disinae . This species is native to South Africa . It plant with roots villous tuberous few branches and stems unbranched or pilosidades, generally with annual leaves, inflorescence also no branches, flowers of sepal dorsal galeada and petals oblong lip without compaction and column without prominent appendices , with twopollinia . It is the type species of the section Coryphaea , comprising two groups of heterogeneous plants.
