Description
Eucalyptus flavida,commonly known as yellow-flowered mallee,is a mallee that is native to Western Australia. The mallee tree typically grows to a height of 5 to 15 metres (16 to 49 ft).It blooms between November and December producing yellow flowers. The species is found among granite breakaways in the north and east of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia where it grows in red loamy soils with quartz or calcrete.
