Description
Eucalyptus carnea,known as the thick-leafed mahogany,is a common eucalyptus tree of the dry coastal areas of northern New South Wales and adjacent areas in southern Queensland.The bark is rough,resembling a stringybark,though not as coarse,grey to brown.The tree grows up to 30 metres (98 ft) tall.This tree occurs in dry sclerophyll forest,north from the Hunter River.
