Description

Darwinia pauciflora is a plant in the myrtle family Myrtaceae and is endemic to Western Australia. The shrub has an open and bushy habit and typically grows to height of 0.3 to 1.5 metres (1.0 to 4.9 ft). It blooms between March and October producing white-cream or white-pink flowers. The specific epithet pauciflora, refers to the Latin term for 'few flowered'. Often found on hillsides or sandplains in the Mid West region of Western Australia in an area on the coast around Geraldton where it grows in sandy soils
