Musa nana (Musa nana)
Description
Musa Nana is a new Brisbane based food business delivering fresh Malaysian food straight to your door. Harvin Dhillon, founder and owner of Musa Nana was originally an investment banker living in Sydney moved to starting a food business in Brisbane earlier this year. By working with good local ingredients and committing to the Wandering Cooks Charter, Musa Nana produces an ever changing menu every week which can be ordered as late as the day before and can be delivered to your workplace (if you work in Brisbane-s CBD). Alternatively, Musa Nana serves dinner every Friday night right out of our kitchens here at Wandering Cooks. Harvin works on exploring flavours from her childhood through the food she makes. Similar in food styles, Harvin-s husband is Indian and the fusion here could not go any better together - one day Harvin dreams of delivering the food she makes in Tiffin boxes to her regulars. This would allow low material wastage and an opportunity to transport her regular customers to different memories of her childhood everyday. Musa Nana translates to banana leaf in South East Asia, funnily enough all of Harvins-s dishes are served on a banana leaf (either in a container or on the banana leaf itself).
