Bur Mallow (Urena procumbens)
Description
Urena sinuata is a fast-growing, spreading, branched shrub that can reach a height of 3 - 4 metres. It is often treated as an annual, however, when it will reach a height of 0.5 - 1.5 metres and, if grown closely together, will not branch much[310 , 418]. The plant provides a useful fibre which is usually harvested from the wild, though the plant has at times been cultivated[317].
