Description
Lilium nanum is a perennial herbaceous plant with a stature height of 8 to 42 centimeters. The onions are oblong-ovate, 2 to 4 inches high and reach a diameter of about 1 to 2.3 centimeters. The 9 to 22 loose scales are white and narrow lanceolate, usually 2 to 2.5 inches high, 0.3 to 0.8 inches wide and one roof tile superimposed. The slender and upright green stem is cylindrical and glabrous and between 0.15 and 0.3 inches thick.
