There are terminal, racemose inflorescences formed. The fragrant, hermaphrodite, radial symmetry flowers are fourfold . The four overgrown sepals are long lasting. The four petals are rooted overgrown and yellowish-white or green. There is only one circle with four free stamens present; the stamens are hairy. The ovary is underdeveloped. They form lonely berries
