This rarely-grown Chinese shrub in the Caprifoliaceae family saturates the border of the Woodland Garden with a rich,honeyed scent in early autumn.The translation of its Chinese name of 'seven-son flower from Zhejiang' refers to how the five-petalled,star-shaped,waxy white flowers are typicaly borne in heads of seven.
