Description
Licuala ramsayi is a species of the family of Arecaceae . It is native to Queensland in Australia . Licuala ramsayi is a natural palm tree from the rainforests of northeastern Queensland . It has a crown of enormous and separated circular leaves that reach a size of up to 2 m diameter. It is one of the largest species of the genus Licuala , its thin trunk, can reach 15 m in height. Licuala ramsayi was described by ( F.Muell. ) Domin and published in Bibliotheca Botanica 85: 500. 1915.
