Description
Lampranthus multiradiatus ( sun ray ), is a species of ornamental plant , pertaining to the family of aizoaceous . It is native and endemic to South Africa . It is a herbaceous , perennial , green foliage gray, creeping, extended branches, leaves falcate, sessile, fleshy, triangular, flowers several whorls of petals violet, pink, cream, white, orange, lilac, or red depending on the variety . It is a succulent evergreen plant that reaches a size of 60 cm high and wide, and is located at an altitude of 50 - 1000 meters in South Africa .
